• Location Data: We collect precise location data to show you nearby users. You can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings.

2. Service Partners and Data Processing

• Service Providers: We use third-party platforms such as Google Firebase (analytics) and AdMob (advertising). These partners may process data, including advertising identifiers, to provide functional support and personalized experiences.
• Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyze app usage, and deliver personalized ads. You can manage these through your device settings.
• International Data Transfers: As a global service, your data may be transferred outside the EEA. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure your information remains protected.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account remains active. If a user requests the deletion of their data or account, we will process the deletion without undue delay, subject to our internal verification procedures.

In the event of account termination (deletion) or prolonged inactivity (dormancy), we retain the information for a period of three (3) years from the date of such event to comply with legal obligations and dispute resolution (e.g., preventing fraud or responding to legal inquiries), after which it is permanently destroyed or anonymized.

• Profile Data: Retained while the account is active; deleted upon user request or 3 years after account termination/dormancy.
• Location Data: Retained while the account is active; deleted upon user request or 3 years after account termination/dormancy.
• Chat Messages: Retained while the account is active; deleted upon user request or 3 years after account termination/dormancy.
• Usage Logs: Core logs for legal compliance are retained for 3 years after account termination, regardless of a separate deletion request, as permitted by law.
