1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LayBae application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). LayBae is operated by Honeypot (the "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms at least 30 days in advance via email or an in-app notice.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. LayBae is not intended for anyone under 18.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Description & Subscriptions

LayBae provides a matching service that includes both advertisement-supported free features and paid subscription options, specifically LayBae Plus.

3.1 Subscriptions

• LayBae Plus is a paid, auto-renewable subscription service.
• Specific features, pricing, billing periods, and benefits are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through the official in-app purchase systems of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by the user.
• Renewal charges will be applied to your registered payment method through your app store account.
